Earlier this month, the City of Westfield hosted 150 real estate professionals at Grand Park for its “Why Westfield” event. Gerry Dick, host/creator of Inside INdiana Business, served as moderator of two panels covering a broad range of topics relevant to industry professionals.
The Community Investor Panel featured Mayor Andy Cook and current Westfield business leaders: Traci Dossett – COO, SEP; Larry Gray – CEO, IMMI and Tim Hartman – Site Director at Abbott Laboratories, Westfield. Their discussion included an overview of what attracted their company to Westfield and how its location has benefited their continued business success as well as how their businesses are navigating the challenges of today’s economy.
The Developer Panel was represented by Pat Chittenden – Patch Development; Birch Dalton – EdgeRock Development; Justin Moffett – Old Town Companies; Chris Wilkes – Holladay Properties and William Knox – Grand Park Sports Campus. They provided an overview of current and upcoming developments in Westfield as well as shared insight into the current real estate economy.
